The items offered in our store are endorsed by important commercial firms. They offer maximum quality, and the best guarantee is our high commitment to our customers. 

In agreement with the current law for guarantees on consumer goods, our products have a guarantee of 2 years from the purchase date, provided that the defect shown in the product during the first six months after purchase is considered to come from the factory. If there is any proof showing otherwise this guarantee does not apply. The consumer must be able to prove it is a defect originating from production if it appears later than 6 months after the purchase date and before the two-year period is over.

Padelion will organise the guarantee with the product brand's technical service.

Once the item has been analysed by the technical service, three situations may arise: 

  • The technical service fixes the product and returns it to the client.
  • The technical service exchanges the item for a new one. In this circumstance, it will always be the same replacement item, it is not possible to exchange it for a different item (unless it is unavailable).
  • The technical service confirms that the product does not have any production faults and they will not carry out the repair or exchange. In this case the original product will be returned to the client.

The client has a period of 90 days, from the date they received the product from the supplier, to return a product. The requirements to carry out a refund are: 

  • The product must be new, with no signs of use. It must be in perfect condition, with all tape and original tags, in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included if applicable. 
  • The client must have a receipt of purchase. If they do not have said receipt it must be present in our database.
  • The product must not have been tampered with. E.g., Rackets must not have a protector or over grip on them and clothing must not have undergone any sewing changes, etc. As for footwear, the box must be in perfect condition as it is considered part of the item and cannot be used as a box to send the item.


If any item is refunded, any delivery costs charged will not be reimbursed. 

VERY IMPORTANT: If the value of the final order following the partial or total refund does not exceed €60, €6.95 will be deducted from the refund amount for delivery fees. The reason being that the product must eventually be returned, and these delivery costs are charged by the transport company.

Once the item has been received by the warehouse, and the state of the product has been checked, the refund of the corresponding amount will be refunded via the same method carried out for original payment. In whatever case, erroneously sent items will be allowed to be refunded, and will pay the delivery costs, provided that the client communicates this circumstance within 15 days of the date of the package being delivered. 

To process the return of an item, it must be communicated and sent via e-mail to with the subject RETURNS with all purchase details included in the email. This includes name, telephone number, order number, etc.
